Dr. Ed Sable is President of InsightBytes. Prior to joining InsightBytes, Ed owned and led a business development consulting firm where he generated significant amounts of revenue for small technology companies. Prior to that, Ed managed divisions at AT&T that led the planning, design, development, and delivery of the full set of "quote to cash" systems for International voice, data, and wholesale services for the AT&T Global Network.

Ed is highly knowledgeable in the design and development of software applications and products and has worked successfully with major companies including Duke Energy, Marriott, JC Penney, Norwest, Medtronics, United Airlines, and others. As part of his role as president, Ed is leading strategic development of new business processes and products, designed to provide leading edge cost-effective systems and solutions for Macrosoft's clients. Ed received his BSEE, MSEE, and Doctorate in EE and Computer Science from Columbia University.

Hai Xu, Macrosoft Director of System Architecture is a critical role for project success and we are confident that Hai will be excellent. He has architected and managed over 30 enterprise level projects for companies such as AT&T, Focal Point, Novo Nordisk, Wilson RMS, FlexPath, and others. He is the lead technical developer for our off shore Mac China facility. He has designed and managed all implementations InsightBytes – all of which have been highly successful.

 

Hai has led a number of web analytics and website develop projects helping different companies on website analysis and seach marketing campaign plan design and implementation through Google Analytics and Google AdWords.

 

Hai is Microsoft Certified Professional and Google AdWords Qualified Professional.

 

 

Two key aspects of Jane’s skill and experience are critical for project teams: first, she is a certified PMP expert and is well versed in managing a complex projects such as this one.  She will maintains close contact will all members of the project team to ensure that the project stays on track, and keep the project schedule constantly updated. Second, she is well versed in coordinating work from our off shore team and has done so for numerous projects – she has been performing this function for the last several years.

Paul has been an analyst in the telecommunications and networking industry for over 18 years, working with such clients as AT&T Internet Services and AT&T Network Solutions. His experience includes market analysis, statistical modeling, and data management. Paul holds a Master's degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

 

 

Basit has led the design and development of several Decision Support Systems (DSS), data warehousing applications, Client-server and web based process automation applications, and web-based sales-force automation solutions. He has been instrumental in optimizing the database design for a billing data DSS to significantly reduce the query response time on large data volumes. Basit has worked extensively on the problems of customer churn analysis of communications customers based on regular transaction data analysis. He has also utilized the ideas of data warehousing and On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP) in his recent projects.

Basit has BS in Computer Science from University of Karachi and MS in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
